I had a good experience at my stay with a beautiful view from the 4th floor overlooking the mountains. The room was clean and quiet, but the mattress could have been better. I enjoyed my time and would recommend this hotel.

Units in exellent condition. Having a shower, a drier, and towels was a bonus. Central location was a plus.
It had horribly hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

I had a great experience at the hotel, particularly appreciating the cleanliness of my room and the helpful staff. The location was ideal, situated close enough to local attractions yet still offering a sense of tranquility. I also enjoyed the fantastic view of the mountains from my room, which enhanced my stay and created a relaxing atmosphere.
No drawbacks at all.

I stayed at this hotel for a family vacation to celebrate my son's birthday, and we were there for four nights. The location was fantastic, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and I especially appreciated the excellent water pressure in the shower. The breakfast provided was basic but satisfying, with options like bagels and cereal that filled us up for the day.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable beds offered a decent night's sleep, and the pool area served as a relaxing escape to chill after a long day. Views from the room showcased the nearby mountains.
Our experience took a dive when the promised adjoining rooms turned out to be unavailable, causing inconvenience for our family's specific needs. A water leak by the window soaked our socks and left us a bit unsatisfied during our time there.

Wi Fi did not work the whole weekend in my room. Everytime I asked they would say "we will reset the modem"

It was close to town.
I didnt like the fact that I was told one price from Booked.net and had to pay a different price when I got there. I think Booked.net should include the tax prices to so its not a surprise when you get to the hotel and have to pay a larger amount than what you had budgeted for. I had to pay over 40 dollars extra for taxes that I didnt know about. We had stayed in another hotel on the way down to pigeon forge and used Booked.net to rent the room and that was the price we paid when we got there it wasnt unexpected. Will I ever use Booked.net again probally not because 40 dollars means alot in my world and then to get there and see hotels that was better than the one I stayed in for less I wasnt pleased but o well its over now.

The breakfast here was just pathetic, tasteless pre-packaged snacks. I mean, at a hotel, you'd expect a gourmet spread, right? And don't even get me started on the moldy smell in the bathroom. Honestly, I could've overlooked that if I'd received a complimentary upgrade, but no, I was treated like a regular guest. Just couldn't give a good review.

security, location
Our Bed Comforter smelled like cheap perfume, thus making us question the cleanliness of the room.
